Abby is a female domestic shorthair kitten with black fur. She was rescued from a partner rescue in January 2024 alongside her littermates, and we estimate her birth month to be December 2023. She is spayed, microchipped and vaccinated, including her rabies vaccine. Abby is playful and silly! She likes to play and cuddle with her foster brothers -- and follows them around everywhere they go! She is full of energy and makes funny noises when she is zooming around. Abby's ideal home will be one where her family just allows her to be her fun and independent self. She's not going to be your lap cat (who knows, maybe she'll surprise us all one day and get there!) but instead, she likes to have the freedom to call the shots -- whether that's playing with her foster brothers, or lounging solo nearby. She knows she's loved in her foster home (and she is food motivated!), but she does remain skeptical of humans - and has a tendency to take retreat in a safe place if she needs some down time. If you're patient with her, she'll be patient with you. Due to her obsession with her foster brothers, she is required to go to a home where another cat/kitten is present so she is not lonely.
