BanditWhen the interviewer lady (IL) first saw me, I was curled up in my kitty Kasa with only my back showing. "Pepe' Le Pew," she cried! I realized that my white stripe was all she saw. By now, I'm used to being called a skunk. But I am actually a very handsome 4-year-old, brown & white male Tabby cat. My last owner only had me for eight months before surrendering me to HSHC. The medical staff soon discovered I had a large amount of crystals in my urine, which was extremely painful. I am on a diet designed to prevent crystals from forming and feel tip-top! When the IL saw me the next day, I came right up to her for a headbutt and purred loudly. I gave her plenty of nose kisses, and she was in love! She told me she had heard of how well I did with a visit from a family with a 3-year-old child. She complimented me on soliciting pets and being gentle with the child. I told her I am fond of children and look forward to being part of a family again. I promise I am nothing like that famous skunk. Give me a chance to win you over! 3-18-24
