Hi I'm Boots. I'm a playful 4 year old neutered male kitty in diabetic remission. I was transferred to GMS from a local shelter after developing diabetes and not allowing the staff there to medicate me. Thankfully, since arriving at GMS and changing my diet I no longer have diabetes! I love to play with string toys and am very curious about people but take a little time to warm up. Once you've earned my trust I am a total love bug. I will require a low carbohydrate diet for the rest of my life in order to remain in diabetic remission. I am not currently on any medications.
