Clancy is a 4-year-old gray cat with a big heart and beautiful blue eyes to match. He loves to be the center of attention and cuddling up with his humans. Whether you're lounging on the couch or relaxing in bed, Clancy will be right there with you, purring as he snuggles up close.A social butterfly at heart, Clancy follows his people around the house, always wanting to be part of the action. He's incredibly playful and energetic, and can be quite the acrobat with a wand toy. He likes to relax on high shelves and observe people around the house or birds and squirrels outside the window.Clancy is also a brave boy and is being fostered with a 35 lb. puppy. Despite the size difference, Clancy confidently enters the puppy's space multiple times a day to find his people and has been shown to hold his ground with a hiss if the puppy gets too close for comfort. He's great with kids but prefers a calmer environment, as too many people at once can overwhelm him.With excellent litter box habits and a fondness for his scratching boards, Clancy is a well-behaved companion. He's hesitant around new people at first but warms up quickly once he feels safe.
