Meet Finley! He's the perfect tabby with the most expressive green eyes! Sweet and friendly, he enjoys interacting with people and wants to be part of the family. While we aren't sure how he is with children, he is happy around calm adults. He was found begging for food in someone's backyard before being rescued.
