Lucille is a special FIV+ girl who is well-loved by her foster family. She is very sweet and outgoing and loves people. Lucille gets along well with respectful children but does require a slow introduction to other animals. Please note that FIV: 1. Is a “cat only” disease and cannot be transmitted to humans under any circumstances. 2. Is not a death sentence. FIV+ cats live long, healthy, and relatively symptom-free lives. 3. Is not easily passed between cats. It cannot be transmitted casually through shared litter boxes, water and food bowls, or when snuggling or playing.
