Like all cats and kittens, Mystery thrives on socialization, playtime, and, of course, love. Mystery's journey, as shared by his foster, paints a picture of resilience and adaptation. "At 48 hours, he seemed curious and like he knew it was safe but still hid some. He never had issues eating, drinking, or with the litter box. I could tell he wanted to trust but was not sure. Noisy toys seemed to scare him. After week, he had come out of his shell and shown his very playful and goofy side. He wasn't quite asking for pets or attention but did not want to be left out...he is now playing with toys that scared him at first. He is ready for a forever home!" Mystery's playful side shines as he enjoys wand toys, balls, and the classic laser pointer. He relishes in hanging out and napping near you and eagerly anticipates mealtime. His fascination with the world outside is evident as he gazes out of windows and explores new nap locations. This affectionate cat loves soft head pets and ear scratches, often requesting attention before mealtime. His interest in the resident 7.5-year-old cat in his foster home reveals his sociable nature, as he follows her around and is a wonderful companion. Mystery's desire for companionship extends to humans, as he loves being around you, following you between rooms, and simply enjoying your company. His vocal nature adds an extra layer of charm, especially during playtime with the laser pointer. He's a special boy, ready to become a cherished member of your family! He is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, and up-to-date on vaccines.
