Adopt Pickles a Brown Tabby Domestic Shorthair / Mixed Breed (Medium) / Mixed

Location:
Seattle, WA
Description:

Pickles has more than a bit of the diva about her--glamorous, outspoken, extravagantly love-y at times, yet pointedly independent at others. This chatty and charming 7-year-old will do well with an experienced adopter who can appreciate her complexities and understand her language--who will enjoy her big personality but know when to give her a little "Pickles time" to herself. She will thrive as your only pet--the very sight of a dog makes her tail go POOF!--and her best human matches will be of the adult persuasion. At 18.5 lbs, she'll be the best weighted blanket on occasions when she chooses to be close to you. A wonderful conversationalist and engaging companion, Pickles is eager to meet her special human(s) and join them in a loving new home.Pets are complex beings and prior to adoption, interested adopters will be counseled by a staff member to discuss the specific needs for each animal. This will include reviewing all known medical and behavior information. ** Please note that some animals will receive numerous inquiries, sometimes more than we can process. We appreciate your understanding and patience. ** HOW TO ADOPT: Check the animal's location. (If you cannot see the animal's location, please view the pet's profile through our website: https://www.seattle.gov/animal-shelter/find-an-animal/adopt) From Cat Adoption/Cattery/Free Roaming Room (in shelter): To meet this cat please come to Seattle Animal Shelter at 2061 15th Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119, between 1 - 5 pm Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
