Rocky was abandoned to the outdoors as a kitten. Starving, he found refuge with a woman who fed outdoor cats. One day, while doing TNR, Rocky ended up in the arms of the trapper...and not having the heart to put him back out on the streets, she took him home to foster him. The feeder was happy, as she knows an outdoor life is rough on kittens. Rocky enjoys being pet and loved upon.
