Simba is a medium hair, orange tabby with an amazing, gentle personality. Although he is an older gentleman, he is active, curious, funny and, above all, seriously affectionate and loving. Simba is gentle with other cats, especially with his feline buddy, Sunshine, who is also available for adoption. He loves to sit in the window and watch the birds. He quickly became the favorite of the UAF volunteers as his personality made everyone who met him fall in love with him. Simba is 10.5-years-old. He has a thyroid condition which is controlled by an inexpensive medication. He was one of 8 cats who came from the home of an elderly gentleman who had fallen ill and could no longer care for his cats. Simba is now ready to share his love with a new, lucky family. He is current on vaccinations, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, is neutered and is microchipped. Our adoption fee for one altered adult cat (7+ years old) is $75 which helps cover expenses (vaccinations, spay/neuter, food, housing) for the homeless pets United Animal Friends rescues. There is a discounted adoption fee for a second cat that is adopted at the same time. If you have any questions or to adopt a cat from United Animal Friends (UAF) an application must be filled out. Filling out this form does not obligate you to adopt, but gives us the information needed to make sure the pet is suited to your home. Then follow the UAF website directions below: From the United Animal Friends website: Select "Adoptable Cats" and pick the cat you are interested in.
