QUITE THE CHARACTER DOB 2/17/24 Hey there, everyone! I’m Summer, a sweet, friendly, and beautiful “bicolor” gal, which means that I’m mostly white with gray tabby on my back, face, and tail. I just love my foster family and all of the attention that they shower on me. In fact, I will repeatedly meow in my hooman’s face if I feel like I’m not getting enough petting. Speaking of faces, I like to get close enough so that I can sniff eyelashes. In case you haven’t figured it out, I’m a real feline “character” with several cute idiosyncrasies. For one, I like to root around under the blankets so I can find just the right comfy spot to cuddle next to my hooman. I also love to play with water, and Foster Meowmy warns my future adopter to be prepared to never go ALONE to the bathroom again. When my sister Autumn and I were seven weeks old, someone rolled us in a shopping cart inside PetSmart, turned around, and walked out! Fortunately we were very healthy, easy-to-handle, and well-cared for, despite the fact that we were abandoned by our caretakers. The store manager was desperate to help us because he didn’t want to have to take us to a kill-shelter. After a few unproductive calls, he was delighted when Foster Meowmy and her young daughters stepped up to the plate and agreed to foster us. At first we weren’t keen on meeting the resident adult cats, but we eventually warmed up to them, and we enjoy playing with the younger foster kittens who are close to our age. Now I'm ready for my forever home. Arrange to meet me today! Incidentally, although Autumn and I are available separately, we think it’d be the cat’s meow if we could be adopted together so we can keep each other company while you’re at work or on vacation.
