He enjoys chasing toys, pouncing with glee, and zipping around to show off his playful side. Toby is a joy to be around and will keep you entertained with his antics and adorable floofy tail. One of our volunteers commented, 'When I visited his room, Toby quietly stayed near me as I was petting other cats. He was patiently hoping for his turn.
