Blackberry Sorbet, Domestic Shorthair For Adoption In Warren, Connecticut
Location:
Warren, CT
Description:
BlackBerry and Watermelon Sorbet A refreshing and deliciously sweet, but tart treat! A purrfect addition to the end of anyone’s summer (or for year round delights). These sorbet boys are ridiculously playful and adorable and learning to embrace their sweetness. Though they are a little tart at times, they are just bursting with flavor! Watermelon and Blackberry go together so perfectly, as two of the best fruits around! They play and play for hours and are curious little fellows. As they explore their foster’s home, their confidence grows and they are more and more excited to see their adoring foster parents. They are getting used to the resident cats and dogs and would likely do well in a home with a calm and respectful dog or cat(s). A family who has older kiddos or teens would be best as these two boys are developing their full flavors and learning to be as sweet as they can be, but to embrace their true kitten sweetness, patience and calmness is key. Watermelon and Blackberry Sorbet would be great together or apart with other cat(s) in the house. These scrumptious little boys are ready to become the sweetest treat for their new family(s)! As a general rule, we recommend that young kittens only go in pairs or to households that already have another pet. Young kittens on their own, no matter how much attention they get from humans, usually get bored and tend to be more destructive. They need another animal to help socialize them (to learn how to appropriately wrestle, boundaries, etc). Most times having another cat is the best, though some may be okay with a gentle dog. You can see more pictures and videos of our fosters on our facebook page: Sophia L'Orange Kitten Rescue All of our adoptable animals are cared for and assessed in foster homes (we do not have a shelter), up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed or neutered and tested for FeLV/FIV, before they are adopted. They have had de-worming medication as a standard of care and Flea/Tick/Ear Mite preventive treatment. Medical records will be released with the adopted pet.##2130063##Adoption processWe review your application for any red flags, verify with your vet and landlord and make a home visit or virtual visit, once complete, we will arrange a meet and greet to ensure the right cat is found for your family.Shelter locationOn Facebook where we post hundreds of photos, chats and videos a week.
