Let us introduce you to the sweet and gentle Miss Daisy. Daisy is a very friendly and loving cat who enjoys the rarest of all cat activities–belly rubs! This girl is all sugar and no spice. She feels most comfortable after she’s spent some time getting to know you, and then she’ll come around for aa gentle petting and step out of her shell to show you her sweet, sweet self. Daisy would do best in a more quiet household with older children. She has lived with other cats before and gets along fabulously with them. With humans, she needs her me-time to recharge and build up the energy to engage in long discussions with you and to play hide and seek. This girl is a catty Patty and expects you to answer her when she speaks with you! Daisy’s secret power would be invisibility because she loves hiding away and then popping out when she feels comfortable or once she gets bored. When she comes out of hiding, she’ll happily roll over on her back and let you scritch her floofy little belly without the murder claws that so many cats come with. Once you complete the online application using the below link, you will be able to discuss and ask questions directly to the foster parent. We believe this is a big advantage to you as our organization is completely foster based, we really understand our cats personalities at a deep level. This helps to ensure a great match with you and your family. In order to get the process going, would you kindly fill out our detailed online application located here: http://www.foreverfortunatefelines.org/adopt Completing our online application does not commit you to adopt from our rescue. Rather it helps us to understand your requirements and match you with the best possible cat or kitten. Once you complete the application and it is approved, we can set up a meet and greet and if all works out, you may bring the kittens or cats home the same day. Please make sure to bring an adequately sized pet carrier with you to your meet and greet. We recommend a pet carrier which opens from the top as this is the easiest way to place a cat inside a carrier. If you do decide to adopt, we do expect you to take home your cat the same day as there are so many cats and kittens which need to be rescued from high kill shelters, we almost always rescue a new cat or kitten the very next day. If it is not possible for you to take your cat or kitten home the same day, we do charge a boarding fee of $10 per day for supplies and to encourage you to take your newly adopted cat home. We will board for a maximum of 3 days if needed to allow you time to get needed supplies. Our adoption fees are listed at the link below. This fee includes full vetting, flea treatment, de-worming, spay surgery, FeLV and FIV test, microchip insertion, and vaccinations up to date for the kittens or cats age.
