ABOUT: Disney’s foster describes him as “the friendliness of a dog, with the ease of a cat.” Disney is very affectionate, he loves attention and is even happy being held and hugged. He doesn’t have any off-limits petting zones, including the belly. Disney is a confident cat, so he will likely serve as the welcoming committee to any guests or visitors that you have. Disney loves being brushed. He is not much into toys. Disney is not being fostered with young children, but he loves everyone so we think he would do great with kids. Disney was previously housed at our adoption center where he did well with some cats, but was a little too forward with others and could push their buttons as he doesn’t seem to respect personal space. People are the love of his life, so he would be perfectly content as an only cat. We do not know how Disney would do in a home with a dog. Disney has a heart murmur. He had a cardiology exam which stated: Progressive left heart enlargement and CHF due to MVD are NOT likely to develop in this patient since there is only a mild mitral valve insufficiency.
