Dusty may be smaller than his siblings but has a huge personality. He is the full package - very sweet, playful, loves to cuddle and lay in bed with you and can easily be held. He likes playing with his siblings and all the other kittens in his foster home but can also amuse himself with his favorite balls and slinky toys. He has tons of energy and loves running around and can play for hours. Dusty was raised by his Mom and her bonded sister so he had twice the love. He has been inside his foster home since he was 3 weeks old. Dusty who was born 4/24 can be adopted into a home with one his siblings (Doogie and Daisy) or into a home with a young cat friendly cat.Adoption processOnce you've filled out an application, we will contact your references and put you in touch with the foster/caregiver of the cat. Once your application is approved, we schedule you to attend an online group seminar on cat care. Then you would sign the adoption papers, pay the adoption fee, and make arrangements for the cat to be moved to your home. We always do a home visit which is both reassuring to the cat when it is being introduced and to the foster who has taken care of the cat. Presently we are doing home visits with FaceTime or Zoom to confirm you have secure windows, no toxic plants and a generally safe environment for a cat. The adoption fee is $150 for one cat under 7 years old, $75 for one cat 7 years and older. All cats have been tested for the Feline Leukemia and FIV virus, vaccinated (FVRCP and Rabies vaccines), microchipped, dewormed and spayed/neutered.
