Makeda is a young momma kitty that has done a fantastic job of raising her babies and is ready for her own loving home. Makeda loves human attention and being near her foster humans. She will roll around on her back to ask for love. She likes to play with feathers, ribbons, and toys on string. She has great litterbox manners and has been around other cats and older children. It is unknown how she would do with dogs. Because all of our kitties are in foster homes we do visitations with our cats with pre-approved adoption applications. We place our kittens and cats in homes with the best fit based on personality, age, and location. If approved, the animal is delivered personally and a home inspection is performed. We charge a $140 adoption fee for kittens and $110 adoption fee for adult cats, and $60 for senior cats which includes: spay/neuter, microchip, combo test and age appropriate vaccinations. Transport is also free but we do ask for a donation if over 30 miles. Future contact information of the adopter must also be given. Periodic check ins for the first year are sometimes an option.Shelter locationAdoption events are held at Petsmart in Corvallis, Oregon. Events will be posted on our website, www.keithaskittierescue.org, and our Facebook page as well as advertised through partners. All our cats can be seen via a pre-arranged "meet & greet" at anytime.
