Pumpkin is one of four kittens whose mom was unable to care for them after birth. Fortunately, we were able to find a surrogate nursing mother cat that took them in and cared for them until they were 4 1/2 weeks old. Her name is Cookie, and they are named for cookie ingredients in her honor. These kittens are very well socialized. They have been handled daily since birth, due to the need for supplemental feeding until Cookie could take over. All of them love being held, purr constantly, are litter-box trained, and are playful and inquisitive. They have all had their first vaccination and deworming. And they are all-around wonderful little kittens! They are too young at the moment, but they will all be spayed or neutered before adoption. As of June 1, they are 6 1/2 weeks old. There are 2 males: Butters and Pumpkin, and two females: Spice and Ginger. NOTE: The video was taken May 7, when they were 3 weeks old.
