ROSALIE is a beautiful young adult brown tabby female kitty with striking markings. She enjoys cozy spaces, and a cat tree is her absolute favorite place to be. While it may take her some time to warm up to new situations, once she’s comfortable, she proves herself to be very gentle and sweet-natured. She welcomes affection and she will not turn away a tasty treat. Rosalie was brought to our rescue when her owner found they had too many cats to care for. She enjoys other cats, and will do best being adopted with MAKEDA who helps her feel more comfortable and confident. ROSALIE came to CRAN with cloudy left eye and nystagmus. Nystagmus is a vision condition in which the eyes make repetitive, uncontrolled movements. These movements often result in reduced vision and depth perception and can affect balance and coordination. These involuntary eye movements can occur from side to side, up and down, or in a circular pattern. It is noticeable but does not appear to affect Rosalie--it is just a unique trait for this sweetheart of a cat. ROSALIE has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, is negative for FeLV and FIV, and includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners. You can meet ROSALIE and MAKEDA at the cattery inside our partner PetSmart in North Eugene (2847 Chad Dr, across from Costco) beginning Thursday 5/9. The $155 adoption fee ($280 with Makeda) allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community. Adoption fee varies with age of pet. All pets are current on vaccinations, health checked by our veterinarian, De-wormed, treated with flea medication, spayed or neutered, and cats are felv/fiv tested.Shelter locationOur cats can be seen at Petsmart on Chad Drive and on Willamette St, at Petco near Valley River Center and Wags Emporium on Coburg Rd, seven days a week during normal business hours.
