A loveable, playful tabby, Starlene is a natural explorer and is always the first to check out anything new. She has charted the unknown waters of pantries, cabinets, and bathtubs; she’s even ventured into the seedy underbelly of sofas and furniture and has the dust bunnies to prove it. From the second you come home, Starlene will be there to greet you with ankle rubs and a happy little “meowr!” Living with Starlene, you will never doubt that you are loved. When you are gone, Starlene loves her Cat TV, aka the windows, where she carefully tracks the movements of local squirrels, birds, and butterflies. Starlene is constant entertainment when she gets the zoomies and loves batting her toys around the room, and her favorite toys are rolly balls, feather wands, and her stuffed mouse. But when it’s naptime, she’ll curl up next to you and purr away as she falls asleep. You couldn’t ask for a better couch buddy than this girl, whose favorite shows include ER and Teen Wolf, but she promises to love your favorites, too. At bedtime, Starlene will be there to safeguard your dreams, and she’ll trust you to do the same. She’ll say goodnight by climbing aboard your chest and listening to your heartbeat, then curl up by your shoulder for comfort and warmth. In the morning, she will rise with your alarm clock, yawning and asking if it’s time to go watch her Cat TV yet. Rescue background: Starlene’s rescuer found a young pregnant Starlene at a local cat colony and immediately picked up this sweet girl, placed her into her car, and brought this poor sweet girl into a loving home. Just a baby herself, Starlene was spayed, vaccinated, treated for fleas, and immediately began living that good housecat life. No one knows what Starlene’s life was before she appeared at the colony, but this girl was born to be a star.All cats are spayed/neutered, current on shots, microchipped and combo tested.
