Hi there! My name is Thor. I'm an adult boy kitty with sleek black fur. I was surrendered by my owner, who unfortunately had medical issues that meant I could not follow them to their new care situation. I am a sweet, talkative boy who loves to have a conversation back and forth with people. I like being picked up and held, cuddling, and I love pets. I really miss living in a home where I had a loving person who pet me and gave me attention. So if you come to the shelter, I might be curled up sleeping, dreaming of my life before, but come see me and I will perk right up and want pets! Maybe you could be my new furever friend? The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-XXXX. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
