Hi, I’m Tibbs. I was living under the porch of an abandoned house when I was rescued and brought to SBACC. I was dirty and malnourished but friendly. I am now all cleaned up and well fed and hoping to find a forever home where I will be safe and loved for the rest of my life. Sometimes I can get overstimulated by too much petting and if I do, I may try to bite, but as long as you are gentle and watchful, I’ll be fine! All family members, including other resident dogs, must meet the new dog. The adoption process for cats and kittens includes:A detailed application.An interview with the potential adopter(s).And a home visit, in some circumstances. To ensure the best possible match for our cats and kittens, all applications are reviewed by our adoption committee and determination can take up to 48 hours.Shelter location**We are currently closed to the public, but visits can be made by appointment - please check our website home page for details!** You can meet all of our wonderful animals at our center by appointment or with an approved adoption application. We are open 7 days a week. Mon-Wed-Fri 1pm-5pmTues & Thurs 2pm-4pmSat & Sun 11am-5pm
