Adopt Quail a Brown Tabby Domestic Shorthair cat in Gibsonia, PA (41081482)

Location:
Gibsonia, PA
Description:

Hi, my name is Quail. I'm the brown tabby who is one-half of a bonded pair with my sister, Seahorse. We came to TCR from a home that had far too many cats. I am shy at first and appreciate it if you let me come to you! Once I warm up, I will make you appreciate my gentle beauty with lots of delicate biscuits and demanding headbutts. Whether you are reading a book, working on a project on the computer, or trying to have some private time in the bathroom, your personal boundaries no longer matter. You'll love the softness of my fur and the gentle drumming of my purr. Once I am really comfortable, I will allow you to cradle me like a baby and gently rub my belly. When I hear your alarm go off, I will head butt you in the face until you wake and get out of bed. I'll even ensure that, in your morning stupor, you don't forget where the food bowl is by escorting you right to it. When I am not seeking affection, eating, or playing, I will be sleeping on the softest, warmest blanket you own, climbing to the highest accessible point in the house, or watching out the window for birds. Seahorse and I like to play hide and seek using the shower curtain. I am also learning to play fetch with the sparkly pom-pom toys my foster meowmy got for us at a craft store. I also love feather wands! My ideal home is one with older teens or adults who will respect my boundaries. I will do well at first if confined to a small room. Bonus points if you can have a radio softly playing for me. Once I decide I like you, I will want the opportunity to be with you all the time. Also, I would love to have a home with tall cat trees and places where I can get up high to keep an eye on the household. My sister and I also like to have a long hallway where we can run up and down to get in our morning exercises. We'd appreciate a bigger bed so that we can curl up together when it's time to sleep. I'm estimated to be about two years old and have been spayed, dewormed, flea treated, microchipped, vaccinated, and have tested FIV/FeLV-. Do you have a lot of patience and love in your heart for me? Please apply today!
