Meet George! There are three things we love about this gentleman’s appearance: his delicate and unique buff coloring that interrupts his otherwise white coat, his beautiful amber eyes, and his chiseled nose that gives him the look of a lion. He is truly a striking cat to come across and his personality is equally noticeably. George adores human affection and will follow you wherever you go, nudging against your legs, or slowly crawling into your lap if you sit down. You can also scoop him up and give him gentle kisses; he won’t oppose! This calm guy may even meow at you to stop what you’re doing and pay attention to him. While we haven’t yet seen him have a toy preference, we are certain that once he’s settled in a home environment, he will let you know if he likes mice, wands, or scratchers best. For now, he’s most content to be around his caretakers and lounging on soft fabrics. George doesn’t mind if he has to share your attention, as he is great around other felines. We do not know if he has met dogs, but he seems to be good around children with proper introduction. George is playing in our Willow Grove Shelter.
