Buttermilk came to us from a shelter in Philly as a kitten and we have loved having her around! She is now 3 years old! She's very shy and skittish, and will need time to acclimate. She has lived with both cats and dogs, but generally prefers to be alone and will only socialize a small amount of time. She usually keeps to herself and will come around for pets and occasional play time. She is not a big cuddle bug, but will let you love on her if you catch her laying down. The "behavioral" issue that has risen is she seems content with peeing on the couch. We have tried everything we can think of (medical, change of food, litter box location change, etc.) and we cant seem to get her to stop. Our thinking is that she may just be really anxious with her current environment. We would prefer to find someone who can solely focus on making sure she's in a comfortable environment.
