We Got "Hemingway" Cat from next door neighbor, He needed surgery for blocked urinary tract 8 years ago and neighbor wasn't going to pay for surgery so we took one look at him and rushed him to cat hospital for emergency surgery. once home neighbor said he was to be ours. He is a 6 toe cat with 6 on every foot. said to be from blood line of Ernest Hemingway cats found in Key west Florida Hemingway house. Mr. Hemingway is a very loving but timid cat easily frightened. he is and once was entirely an indoor cat however right now he spends part of his days outdoors close to home and afternoons and evenings indoors. He is good with Dogs that don't pester him and he is fine with other cats as long as they are ok with him. He is on Hills Feline C/D urinary track medicated cat food due to his past issues. We as current owners will be moving and traveling and don't think the circumstances would be fair to Mr. Hemingway. He is being offered free to a loving and caring new owner.
